About Us

Talent Connect helps companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries build dedicated, trained and talented workforces that include people with disabilities.

We work with businesses of all sizes, from midsize companies to Fortune 500 corporations, to meet their diversity and inclusion needs – especially those with federally contracted business. Our one-point-of-contact model creates a simplified system that will save time and money for any company's HR department. Our team takes the time to understand each company and learn about their staffing and diversity needs, involving company leadership, human resources, department heads, front-line supervisors and training staff in the process.

Talent Connect's dedicated experts will provide disability awareness training. Then we work with each company to provide a high-quality, company-specific training program for pre-screened candidates that leads to successful hiring outcomes. Candidates for hire are then carefully assessed to ensure they can perform the essential functions of available positions and that they are a good fit for the company culture. This model has been extremely successful for many companies, including Best Buy, Walgreens, Watlow, Newco Enterprises, Office Depot/OfficeMax and UPS. This model not only helps new employees who have a disability, but also helping current employees to self-identify as having a disability with little to no fear.
